The company has more than ten years of experience in the production of sports equipment such as kettlebell, dumbbell and barbell pieces, and established the sports equipment division in 2018. The company successfully transformed into an ODM (Original Design Manufacture) business model. Original the company could only conduct casting blanks, but now processes painting, bagging painting, and coating, greatly reducing customer development time and costs.

Supply Service

Part of the production process of products needs to be conducted outside the factory. With more than ten years of experience with our factory, we keep prices affordable and delivery fast.

Development of moulds

Customers need to send designs to our company for evaluation. The company has a long-term cooperation with mould factories.

Casting

E-Hong is a professional foundry, using horizontal automatic moulding processes. By utilizing this, 500-1200 pieces of sports equipment can be produced in a day. The weight of the product is accurate (error is within ±1%), and surfaces are smooth without holes. We never use a filler to plug holes. That's a rule.

Rubber Coating (Rubber, TPU)

The coating process refers to placing the casting in the middle of the mould, cutting the upper and lower parts into round rubber blocks, and then pushing it into the machine to heat and heat the glue.

Painting and Baking Painting

Baking Painting is a process we use. Such paint has high wear resistance and does not rust easily. The coating part is environmentally friendly and can be completely recycled.
