Spectrometer SPECTRO MAXx

The spectrometer can quickly analyze the chemical composition of metal. The company uses a spectrometer to conduct delivery inspections to confirm that the material is correct. The company's machine can test up to 37 elements.

Leeb Hardness Tester HT-2000A

We use the American Jerry hardness tester. The detection range of HB hardness is 80 ~ 650, and the accuracy is ±0.8%. This is to confirm whether the hardness of the casting is correct.

CE Meter

This instrument is used in furnace analysis. The main function is to analyze the carbon equivalent of the molten metal by measuring the temperature curve.

30t Universal Material Test

Used for material tensile tests. The tensile strength, yield strength and elongation can be tested using this.

Digital Immersion Thermometer

This is used to control temperatures in the range of 0 ℃ to 1750 ℃.
