E-Hong Casting Co., Ltd. was founded in 1967 and has a history of more than 50 years. As a professional casting manufacturer, the company is committed to the production of gray iron and nodular cast iron, including for machinery, automobiles, valve parts, pumps, and more. In response to the rapid changes in the industry, E-Hong continuously improves its own equipment and technical capabilities, introducing automatic production lines and various types of inspection equipment. To provide customers with more effective services, E-Hong not only focuses on the quality of its products, but also improves production efficiency.

Highly Customized Production

E-Hong Foundry provides customers with a high degree of flexibility; all sizes of castings can be produced, from small up to 1600 kg in weight. The company can also provide large quantities of smaller styles, or small quantities of larger styles – orders are customized to the customer’s needs.

Company History

1967	When Hongcheng Foundry was first established it specialized in gray iron and nodular cast iron.
1991	The factory moved to Liucuo Road, Chiayi City, covering an area of 300 square meters.
2005	The area of the factory was expanded to 600 square meters and renamed "E-Hong Casting Co., Ltd."
2006	The cupola was removed from production and a 600 kg high-frequency induction melting furnace was added. Monthly output can reach 100 tons.
2011	The factory was relocated to Minsyong industrial park in Chiayi County, with an area of 4200 square meters. 2.Five tons No bake process were added to production.
2012	A second 600 kg high-frequency induction melting furnace was added. The dissolving capacity can reach 1200 kg per hour.
2015	A suspended spray washer was then added to production.
2017	1.A new sand recovery system was introduced, and the sand treatment output reached 60 tons per hour. 2.A horizontal moulding line (650 * 550) was added and output reached 300 tons.
2018	A sports equipment division was established and ODM could then be exported.
2018	1600 square meters of land was purchased in the Houhu industrial park in Chiayi City to be used as a mould warehouse.
2019	A 30-ton universal tensile testing machine was purchased.
