Automatic Mould Production Process
The production process of automatic moulds uses the Taiwan agent JNI automatic moulding line. 100 moulds can be produced in one hour.





Spheroidization Reaction of  Ductile Iron
The optimum reaction time for spheroidization is 80% of the furnace discharge, and the reaction time is 60 seconds to ensure that the movement of the molten iron is slow and spheroidization is good.
 



Pouring the Product
The product plus flow channel weighs over 1,000 kg.
